- What is a Lollipop Box Club Kit?
A Lollipop kit is a fun monthly kit that’s delivered to you every month. On the 1st of every month a new theme will go on sale. The contents will vary every month keeping it fresh and exciting for you and full of surprise. There will be a variety of crafts, vintage findings, cute stationery, The contents will vary every month.
Our kits are handmade and hand sourced. The contents and colours may vary as to what is shown. Each kit is unique in it’s own way which is why we love them so much. They are not mass produced. We only make a certain amount of kits every month. A lot of love, care and time goes in to each and every one. Sometimes colours of various items in the kits will vary from kit to kit.
2. Why should I subscribe?
You don’t have to subscribe. You can also purchase a kit as a one off to try. We do have a set amount of kits made up every month though, so when these are gone, they are gone. The kits are not mass produced. So if you would like to guarantee yourself a kit every month, then a subscription would be your safest option. By subscribing you can sit back and relax and wait for your kit to arrive at the middle of each month. Subscribers will also receive their kit at a discounted price as a ‘thank you for subscribing’ from us and as a subscriber there will also be extras in your kit.
3. When will I be billed?
If you choose to subscribe, the payment will always be taken on the same date as when you signed up. So if you start you subscription on the 1st March, your following payment will be on the 1st April and so on. Your subscription will continue until you are ready to cancel.
4. Do I have to reorder every month if I have a subscription?
No, that’s the beauty of a subscription. You can sit back and relax and wait for your kit to arrive? Your subscription is a rolling subscription so will continue to roll until you are ready to cancel.
5. When will Lollipop Box Club Kits be shipped?
We will send the kits by the middle of the month. The subscriptions run until the 16th of each month. The kits will be shipped on the 17th, or the Monday after if the 17th falls at the weekend.
6. Why do the kits not get shipped at the beginning of the month?
A lot of the kit is handmade and so much time and effort goes in to each kit. The kits will start to be assembled after the middle of each month, once the previous kit has been shipped. We want to add a personalised touch to each kit for you to make them extra special. When so much is done by hand, we just need a little time to perfect them for you. We will keep you updated and let you know when your kit is ready for shipping. We appreciate how exciting it is when you are waiting for your kit. Please do enjoy our inspirational blog though whilst you wait. Thank you.
7. How will my kit be sent?
The boxes will be sent with Royal Mail. UK delivery is free. The kits are sent in a large letter size box so that it will fit through a standard letter box enabling it to be delivered if you aren’t home.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have a flat rate charge of £6.95 per kit to send anywhere in the world.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any import VAT, taxes & fees.
9. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription before your term is up. You can do this yourself by logging in to your account either here on the website or in to your paypal account. If your payment has already been taken, you will receive the kit for that month and this will be your final kit. Your subscription is a rolling subscription so will continue to roll until you are ready to cancel.
If you choose to buy a gift subscription and pay in full at the time you place your order (and do not have a monthly subscription set up) then we are unable to offer any refunds part way through your term.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, this is no problem, but we are unable to offer a refund on a kit that has been paid for before it’s shipped. The kits are all handmade.
If you email us asking us to cancel for you, please note that this is not an automated service and may take time to action. If you log in and cancel yourself this will be effective immediately.
10.What if my kit arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48hrs so that we can send you a replacement as soon as possible.
11.Can I return my kit?
We hope that you will love your kit. So much love and care goes in to each one. We understand that certain elements of the kit are a surprise, which is also the beauty of our kits. In the eventuality that you aren’t happy with the contents please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for your wish to return. If a return is agreed the kit is to be returned at your own expense within 7 days. The kit must be in perfect, mint condition with all items sealed in the original packaging’s and unused. We recommend that you return the kit using a trackable postal service as we can’t be held responsible if the kits goes missing once it’s been posted.
12. Are the kits suitable to children?
We encourage you to enjoy these kits with people of all ages including children. We receive many emails and messages from families enjoying the kits together. Please be aware that there will often be small pieces inside the kits and sometimes pieces that could look edible although are not. Please always take care when using these kits and never leave a child unattended with pieces from our kits. The kit is NOT A TOY.
Please also take special care with the lollies that are included in the kits. We can not be held responsible for any dietary problems. If you wish to know the ingredients, please contact us. Please DO NOT leave a child unattended with the lollies.
