Hello everyone!
As soon as I saw this kit, I knew I wanted to document our first wintery walk of the season. We went to Fairburn Ings (RSPB Nature reserve) nearby, and we could take the dog. It was such a lovely walk, frost and ice surrounded the woodland.

The pastel colours are something I don’t tend to associate with this time of year, but I LOVED the light blue papers in the kit and this made a great base for my page.
I used the alphabet stickers from the kit and the label stickers to create a subtitle for my page, and layered it with some torn strips from the ‘washi-style’ papers – these are brilliant for layering.

I tore up the wording strip from the same paper and used some distress ink to edge them to give a bit more dimension to the page. Of course we love a bit of ephemera, so I added the ticket from the car parking with a staple.

I hope this simple page gives you some festive inspo for documenting the season without the pressure. If you’re doing a Christmas or December daily journal this year, I look forward to seeing what you create!
