Summer Glamping: Documenting with the July kit 🙂
Hello all!
Apologies, I have been so bad with chatting recently, but I am slowly getting my free time back and getting back in my craft room.
Today I am sharing a multiple-page spread I created to document a few nights away to celebrate 365 days of our adventures! That and I just passed a hefty 16-week course at work!
I had actually booked this staycation in April, to give me something to look forward to and celebrate the course pass (well, I was rather actually thinking something to drown my sorrows after I flopped, but I didn’t – I smashed it). Thanks to all the congratulations recently too, it really means a lot, and I know I have neglected you all from February to now.
We stayed in a bell tent with views of the starlit sky. I took SO many photos whilst we were away, and we were only there 2 nights.

We mostly chilled in the hot tub drinking prosecco and just relaxed. We were in the middle of nowhere and saw lots of wildlife: hares, frogs, deer etc.
With this kit, I used every piece of it for layering. I struggled at first due to the colour scheme/

This is one of my first journalling sessions in my new vintage book. I fell in love with the illustrations in here so I wanted to decorate the page but not cover the original page up too much. I thought this image tied in well with the camping theme.

I added sparse layers, some floral trim on the right, and added some junk I collected whilst we were out. The daisy tags went perfect with that trim!

I loved this pink paper bag – I loved all the pieces in the kit and they were so good to layer with!
I hope you enjoyed looking at how I used it and that it gave you some inspiration.
