Hey Lollipop friends, I’d like to share this 12×12 layout with you all today, where I focused on the patterned paper with all those lovely sentiment strips which I fussy cut apart & staggered down my page. For the background of my page I used Distress Oxide sprays & the packaging technique in complimentary colours to create a mixed media base.
Behind the top left of my photo I clustered together lots of the ephemera from the kit along with the super cute pink heart doily, this was to balance out the sentiment strips at the bottom right of my layout therefore drawing the eye diagonally across the page. I also used a few stickers from the Mrs Brimbles & mini word sticker sheets within my cluster.
I then added my title #SOHAPPY just underneath my photo & my journalling in a black 0.1 fineline pen. To finish I trimmed down my layout to 11×11 & mounted it on to an aqua cardstock then machine stitched in white thread around the edge, it really helped the aqua in my layout to pop.
