Today I am excited to show you my second project using the “Downtown” kit.

Very soon a new family member will be joining me, my little girl and kitty. We went to meet her and I really wanted to document it.
This tiny fur ball is called Lizzie and she will be moving in with us in the next couple of weeks.
While scrolling through Pinterest I came across a really cute accordion fold album and that inspired me for this project.

I looked through my stash and found a 12×12 paper that matched the kit nicely. I needed a bigger paper for the base. I used the papers for the kit to create little pockets that hold the tags on each page.

The tags were also cut from the papers in the kit. I doubled the tags up so I could fit more pictures in the album.

I used a couple of paper strips on my cover. My title is also from the cut apart paper. The cute kitty is a Tim Holtz stamp. I used Glossy Accents to go over the kitty outline and my title.

I used the tiny yellow envelopes, stickers and die cuts from the kit to embellish my album.

I hope I was able to inspire you today.
Until next time…
Nadine xx
