Double Page Layout “London”
Hello Lollipop friends,
It’s been a minute – I apologise! Life has been overwhelmingly hectic.
In between the every day parenting, work and adult responsibilities, we have recently celebrated my daughter’s 8th birthday. And what better way to do so than an exciting trip to the big city. I have been wanting to show her London for the longest time and we finally made it!
It was a day full of wonder and adventure and just unforgettable. The city is just magical and always impressive, no matter how many times I have seen it.
I have taken a ridiculous amount of photos that day so I had a hard time choosing my favourites. I ended up using my absolutely favourite photo of the day as a full page and printed some smaller ones for the other half.
I scored each photo on one side to be able to flip them open and make the most of the space underneath.
I cut the grit paper from the kit to use as journaling cards underneath each photo.
I used the adorable blue hearts paper to cut my title from. I used a die set that cuts the outline of each letter and the effect with the white border is just lovely – I love it! It makes the title stand out so much more.
I used the left over letters that I cut from white card to create the word “London” again underneath one of the photos.
I have used most of the word stickers from the kit on this double page layout. Those are always my favourite! I also used some of the adorable shiny heart stickers which just add a beautiful pop of colour.
The “Alice’s Tea Party” kit was ideal for this layout. The colours happened to match perfectly. I enjoyed this kit so much!
I hope you are all enjoying the warmer weather.
Until next time…
Nadine xx
