Tiny Mini Album “Perfect Happy Smile”

Hello Lollipop friends,

Today I am showing you my second project using the “Marrakesh” kit.

In the last few weeks life has been challenging for me and I’ve found myself stuck for creative ideas. Desperately trying to think of an idea for my second project, I took to Instagram and started scrolling through all the beautiful paper crafts.

I came across a tiny and absolutely adorable mini album in the shape of a banner. I wasn’t able to find the account again but it stuck in my head and I took inspiration from it.

I used a layering banner die set from my stash to cut my pages. I covered the white backs of the papers with the layering pieces.

I also wanted to focus on the paper with all the beautiful word and pattern strips. I knew the words would be my main embellishments and it worked out perfectly!

I printed my photos on a tiny scale so the beautiful patterns of the paper would be the main focus. I also cut a couple of photos using the banner die.

For my cover I cut a white banner piece and ran it through a mini embossing folder from Sizzix and layered my word strips on top. I just love the texture and dimension.

Making mini albums always makes me happy. This one in particular is absolutely adorable, it’s so tiny!

I hope you enjoyed seeing how I documented the month of March.

See you all next time! 🙂
