Hi! Sarah here today with a scrapbook layout using the Downtown Lollipop Box kit.
It’s been quite some time since I created a page for my scrapbook album and I had so much fun creating on a larger scale after so long.
For this layout I decided to work backwards and create my layers first then move onto the background after. I had some cute pictures of my little boy and chose one as a feature image. I fussy cut the photo and positioned it popping through one of the frames from the kit.
I love the sweet little envelopes in this months kit so tucked 4 more pictures inside the two envelopes matted on the teal paper in the kit. I fussy cut cameras from the same paper to add as embellishments.
Next I fixed the frames and envelopes to some paper layers and set aside. I decided to add some texture paste stencilling to my background and distress inks in pink, blue and yellow to match the frames and papers. I also added some washi to the the envelopes for a pop of colour.
Finally I added some stickers to the page and journalling to a pull out card. I coloured the wooden camera in pink to match the frame.
I hope you like how my layout turned out.
