Hi Guys, I’ve made this mini book as a gift and wanted to share it with you.

My friend is on holiday this week and I wanted to be able to send her an empty mini book that she just has to add her memories to when she returns home.

I love to use the boxes the kits come in to make my covers.  I cut them down and they end up the perfect mini book size.  I usually make a couple of books to add inside but this time I’ve only made one and added lots of the packaging bags and tags to act as extra places to tuck things in or use as pages.

I wanted to leave enough space for lots of pictures and journaling so haven’t used a lot of decoration but popped in some of the fabric on the top of tags and some stickers in the corners of a few pages.

I stapled the book so the pages stayed together but then used some twine and ribbon to tie it to the cover. I love the bit of extra texture it uses.
