Morning Journaling – with video

Hi Everyone! 

I’m here to talk morning journaling today.

We are collaborating with Katie Moody this month. Katie has designed some sweet notepads for our kits and included some journal prompts too.

This has inspired my latest journal page.

I’ve created a flip page using the prompt sheet and I journaled on the back.

The notepad comes in a glassine bag. I’ve attached the photo to the bag and made a journal tag to go inside. the bag.

This page is all about why I love mornings, my routine and how I benefit from my early mornings.
