Hi. Lisa here feeling Summery.

The pretty colours from the July ‘Orange Blossom’ kit here really made me feel like creating a Summery page.

I’ve gone through my photos to find a story to tell in my 2019 road trip journal. I still have a few untold.

I choose a little stop that we did on the California coastline. A tiny Danish town called Solvang.

The yellows and the blues in the photos work so well.

I wanted to use the cut file from Peartree Cutfiles. They have sent one for each kit this month.

I’ve used mine here to frame these 2 photos. I’ve just stuck it straight on the photo using a little glue.

I also used the 2 frames that you’ll find in your treat bags. A yellow and a blue.

I cut a small piece of vellum from the same bag to sandwich between the 2 frames to create a little window.

I secured it at the top using some clear tape and add a chevron sticker.

This can now flip up to reveal cuteness underuses. A photo here would also work well.

I had so much fun cutting out the elements from the embellishment postcard.

One of the patterned papers has strips, so I cut that up and just stuck it down on the page using tape along the bottom.

I could then pop in the pieces from the postcard and some die cuts by just sliding them in. I did add a little adhesive to the back so they didn’t fall out.

This was such a fun page to create.

It certainly made me feel so Summery.
