I was inspired by Lisa’s recipe card swap over in the Lollipop Club Facebook group and used the latest Small World kit to create pages with my favourite recipes for my recipe binder.
My binder is a 6×8 inch Simple Stories binder that I am slowly adding to. The Small World kit has a lovely colour scheme that works perfectly with my aqua binder. Each recipe has its own page and I printed the recipe off in a small typewriter font so it all fits on one page.
I wrote the title of the recipes in large handwritten script using a brush pen. It certainly isn’t the best and something that I would like to work on over the next year.
I tore sections of patterned paper, either vertically or horizontally to cover half of the page.
I added the ingredients for each recipe on to the scalloped squares in the kit and added a doodled black border.
Then finished each page of with small clusters of diecuts and stickers from the kit along with sequins, nuvo drops and gold acrylic ink from my stash.
