The beautiful ‘Finding Paradise’ kit has some gorgeous bright colours. For this layout I chose to focus on the yellow and blue tones. I cut various size circles from the blue and yellow patterned papers. Then used the pieces of cut out patterned paper as a stencil to add Distress Oxide circles to the background in a vertical pattern.
I layered the cut patterned paper circles over the Distress Oxide circles on backgroaund. Then added circular photos on to the larger circles. I used an Peartree Cutfiles Acrylic title from my stash to add a bold title.
I fussy cut blue leaves and suns from the patterned papers to add embellishment to each of the circle designs. These were paired with flower diecuts & stickers along with word stickers.
I finished off with nuvo drops and stamped ‘Wild at Heart’ phrase.
Sometimes focusing on one or two colours or designs from a kit can really make for a striking layout or project.
