I had a goal this year and that was to commit to regular journaling.

I started my weekly journaling in a pretty plain diary.

I knew I needed to approach it in a way that was quick, easy and fun. Something I could do on a Sunday within an hour or so.

So I decided to create a collage of the photos from my week and have that fill one page with journaling underneath.

On the other page I created whatever I felt like creating that week. Some weeks less, other weeks more.

Today I am sharing one page of my weekly journal with you.

I used the “Gather Together” kit only for this.

I used one of the papers from the kit to cover the whole page and created a pocket using the paper with all the wonderful strips.

I downloaded the cut apart postcard and printed it on A4 to have larger pieces to use as journaling cards.

I used mainly the stickers in the kit to embellish my page. The beautiful bright orange ribbon made a lovely tab for my journaling card.

I also created a little cluster of ephemera underneath my photo collage.

I am so happy that I managed to stick with the weekly journaling and document the whole year.

I hope you found some inspiration today.

Until next time…

Nadine xx
