Summer At The Beach with Guest Designer Josefine

Hi! Paperlovers,

Today I show you my second layout on the blog at Lollipopboxclub.

I love this beautiful Endless summer kit here and of course I made a second 6×8 layout.

.

.

I used black acrylic paint and a brush.

I started drawing stripes and when I am satisfied with my background I dry it with my heattool.

The acrylic paint I used is from Dylusion. This paint is thin and dries fast.

I really like that because it allows me to work fast.

.

.

The stamp precious Moments, I stamped it with black ‘Archival ink’.

and I also make some splashes with my brush and the black acrylic paint on my layout.

I tore some tissue paper, design paper and paper bags to size and put this behind my photo.

I used a metal dies from AALL&Create and slid it between the paper and the photo.

.

.

I cut out the yellow circles and spread them over the layout.

I also used several die-cuts. The perspextives typwriter and flamingo paperclip I used from my own stash.

I stitched the wordtstrip #atthebeach with black thread and also I use a teal alphabet for the word ‘summer’

.

.

On the side of this layout I used pieces of tissue paper and two eyelets and added the yellow floss through it.

With the date stamp, I stamped the date.

I hope I was able to inspire you and I really enjoyed being your guest teacher for this month.

Have a beautiful day!

.
