I feel like I lost my focus a lot this year and I am hoping putting together a journal for my goals and achievements is going to help me stay focused a little more. So let me show you my ideas…

I used the journal from the „Let’s do this“ kit and create a cover that will hopefully keep me motivated to actually use the journal throughout the year. I had to use the Pom Pom trim! It’s one of my favourite things, it’s so fun!

I created a few different ephemera pieces that fit the journal and will allow me to add lists and bits and pieces and change those whenever I want to.

This cute pocket will be perfect for to-do lists. It’s a fairly large pocket and holds multiple lists if needed. The blue strip at the bottom is actually a belly band that can hold additional goodies.

This coin envelope is absolutely adorable. I plan on using it for things I plan on changing, daily routines, habits, etc. It‘ll be easy to have a peek inside every now again and see how I’m doing.

I absolutely love this triple pocket. It looks like a little wallet and has a large, a medium and a small pocket. The little strap will hold everything in place.

Envelopes are one of my favourite things to create. I will never get tired of making them. I’m hoping they will be useful in my journal too.

So, what do you think? Am I prepared enough for my first journal?
Let me know if you have any tips for a newbie like me!

I hope you all have the best new year!
